A brief overview of the wide variety of decorative and protective systems we offer!

Thin Mil Coatings

Solid Color

Our solid color systems are generally comprised of 2 coats of pigmented epoxy. A final topcoat can be applied with some anti skid aggregate for texture.

Vinyl Flake

Epoxy flakes are broadcast (thrown) into a wet primer, this process adds “build” and texture. Once cured the entire system is topcoated with 1 or 2 clear coats to “lock in” and protect the flakes.

Epoxy Broadcast

Epoxy single broadcast is used to refer to a floor in which silica sand is broadcast (thrown) into a wet primer. This process add both build and texture. The entire floor is then sealed to “lock in” the sand.

Grind & Seal

A grind and seal is a general term for a floor that has been ground clean, and is then sealed one or more coats of a sealer to dustproof and give the floor a “refresh”.

Electrostatic Dissipative

Electrostatic dissipative (ESD) has the appearance of a solid color but utilize conductive elements within the flooring material causing the resistance of the floor to be lowered. ESD floors channel the static charge (that would otherwise be built up) down through the floor.

Concrete Polish

Concrete Polish

Polished concrete is the refinement of concrete with diamond and resin tooling. Using polymers and densifiers the concrete is hardened making the finish a dust proof floor. The process takes several steps to achieve the desired look. The sealer had no film which results in a natural finish.

Stain & Polish

The process of staining a polished floor is a decorative option. A series of stains, designs & logos to give a truly unique floor.

Self levelers

Polishable Overlays

Overlays are high flow hydraulic cements with or without aggregates. The process aides in flattening and achieves a much more uniform look than traditional concrete polish

Underlayments

High flow underlayments, pour over damaged or uneven subfloors. This is done to prepare for a different finish such as tile, hardwood, VCT, or laminate.

Gypcrete

Like concrete, Gypcrete or gypsum concrete is a composite mixture of cementitious and filler materials. It is made with a fixed ratio of sand, Portland cement, and gypsum plaster.

Urethane Cement

Self Leveling

Urethane cement is a thermal shock resistant cementitious polymer. The SL variant is most commonly used as it achieves a adequate build and a uniform appearance.  Perfect for the food & beverage facilities.

Trowel Grade

Trowel grade UC incorporates coarser aggregates which allows for a thicker and more robust floor. However the floor tends to have a more robust appearance also.

Roll coat

Using the same resins as the more robust variants of UC. The RC variant is applied similarly to epoxy however has more oil and heat resistance. This works great as a stand alone system or as a topcoat to the other variants of UC.

Tank Linings

Vinyl Ester Flake

Almost every kind of storage vessel needs a lining.  We can supply FDA and NSF approved linings for potable water and food quality tanks as well as concrete, bulk dry-storage or steel tanks, pipe linings and tankers.

Our Process

All of our systems include using the highest quality tooling Grinding: Diamond infused metal grinding wheels used in conjuction with industrial tools. Shot blasting: Abrasive metal blasting resulting in extreme removal and deep profile for ultimate adhesion. Scarify: Extreme scaring of substrate for maximum concrete removal.
